The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Integrated Employment Services (IES) project. This includes developing product strategies, prioritizing features, managing roadmaps, coordinating product teams, and ensuring timely delivery. The role requires extensive experience in team communication, mediation, and alignment to ensure product development aligns with business goals. Responsibilities also include customer research, backlog management, user story development, tracking KPIs, and maintaining executive-level communication. The Product Manager will de-risk product direction, support agile delivery, and deliver continuous product improvements.
