About the Job
IntouchCX is seeking an innovative, results-oriented, experienced leader for the Vice President of Sales position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans while meeting and exceeding sales quotas in order to take our Growth and Sales department to the next level.
As Vice President of Sales, You Will...
- Prospect and build highly qualified pipeline based on developing a deep understanding of IntouchCX solution offerings and the business needs of the company
- Work collaboratively with Sales & Growth Team to achieve high levels of productivity and excellence in solution development
- Build an effective and high performing team, providing leadership development, performance management, and scalable team infrastructure
- Develop and drive key sales strategies or initiatives
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships
- Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve set goals
- Deliver value-based solutions by developing, communicating and driving effective strategies based on valid, customer-specific value criteria
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met
- Develop, maintain, and share perspectives on the competitive landscape as they relate to customer experience strategies and product / service strategies
- Possess a strategic understanding of multiple market spaces and leading trends to proactively identify issues / opportunities / solutions
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships at all levels and work closely with cross functional leaders
