Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success :

We’re seeking a hands‑on Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the 24 / 7 Whitbt manufacturing facility to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. In the short term, this is a very execution-focused role, and you will be in the details managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining equipment. Over time, you’ll take on more leadership, process improvement, and team management responsibilities to include quality and maintenance.

This position coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure that safety, regulatory, quality, cost, service, and efficiency goals are met. Working with other leaders, you will promote a positive workplace culture through timely communication, employee engagement, and effective decision making. The Plant Manager is responsible for establishing and monitoring key performance metrics and goals for continuous improvement along with operational policies and procedures for clear accountabilities. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong proactive and visionary leadership and proven ability to guide and develop manufacturing leaders.

Health, Safety & Environment (including Food Safety)

• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies in compliance with occupational health regulations.
• Supports and maintains all activities related to Food Safety Management System
• Audit safety, food safety, quality, and environmental housekeeping procedures and act on findings.
