Reporting to the Service Manager, the Parts Clerk is in charge of parts and warehouse management.
He / she also acts as an advisor to our customers on all compressor parts / components. He / she must offer outstanding customer service in order to maximize the satisfaction of Reapair Compressor Services customers.
Role and responsibilities
- Receive and ship merchandise;
- Prepare orders for shipment;
- Respond to customer inquiries (in person, by phone or e-mail);
- Manage the parts department e-mail inbox;
- Prepare quotations for customers;
- Enter customer orders into system;
- Keep warehouse clean and safe;
- Organize and coordinate transport of goods;
- Prepare parts bins for service technicians;
- Help control inventory and participate in annual counts;
- Any other related tasks contributing to the smooth running of warehouse operations.
