Previous experience (1–2 years) in dining room management, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality. Strong knowledge of service standards and etiquette protocols. Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to guide a team. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions. Strong customer focus and ability to deliver personalized service. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.

Your missions
- Supervise, train, and motivate the dining room team.
- Ensure smooth service and guarantee optimal guest satisfaction.
- Plan and organize work schedules for servers and attendants.
- Perform administrative tasks (payroll, distribution of tips).
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee setup and teardown of banquet rooms.
- Organize and plan service in all service points.
- Participate in event coordination and ensure their successful execution.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
- Conduct daily inspections of service areas and ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met.
