  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in business development and marketing to new and existing clients
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships
  • What you bring to the Pinchin team

  • Degree or Diploma in a related discipline required
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience with building envelope assessment and restoration design
  • Thorough knowledge of the construction and performance of various building envelope assemblies and building science concepts
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management
  • Experience with business development initiatives and client interaction
  • What Pinchin offers you

  • A challenging, rewarding leadership position with the opportunity to mentor junior technical professionals
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and Extended group benefits (we pay the premium) with no waiting period
  • Casual dress code

  • An environment that supports work-life harmonization
  • Various professional development and employee recognition programs
  • Educational and professional membership dues reimbursement
