A career as a Credit Insurance Analyst in the Claims team at National Bank Insurance involves managing a varied portfolio of claims, including credit insurance and Credit Card Payment insurance claims. With your thoroughness, organizational skills, experience in claims and customer service, you positively impact the experience of clients going through difficult situations such as illness, bereavement, or job loss. You also participate with your colleagues in continuous improvement projects.
Your job :
- Evaluate life, critical illness, and disability insurance claims processed by the claims sector in compliance with AVBN's standards, requirements, processes, and internal procedures, while conveying the Bank's values through a client-centered attitude;
- Write personalized correspondence and make phone calls to clients, other insurers, and medical clinics;
- Determine payable benefits and the requirements to allow the subsequent payment of other benefits by obtaining the necessary information to evaluate contractual clauses;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Your team :
Within the claims department, you are part of a team of eleven analyst colleagues and report to the Claims Manager. Our team stands out for its spirit of collaboration and its commitment to providing exceptional customer service quality.
