Job descriptionA level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or project management, including training and / or experience in leading and coordinating all aspects of a project : Five (5) years' recent, related experience in project management and facilitating consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including the vendor community Extensive experience communicating with clinical / non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and other stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously Proven leadership abilities and a strong track record Forward-thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of how various technologies fit together in a provincial health ecosystem to deliver services Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Ability to adapt and respond to changing project needs and priorities Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred Experience working in BC Health Authorities Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems

Site Lead - Project Manager Job Details
- Lead project(s) and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendors, to ensure project success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining open communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomes
- Coordinate and chair project meetings, facilitating effective communication among project resources, and documenting findings and recommendations
- Provide regular updates to leadership and relevant committees on project progress
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure transparency and accountability
- Manage project scope changes and obtain necessary approvals
- Control project financials, resource usage, issues, and risks
- Escalate significant issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions
- Perform project management processes in accordance with PMO standards
- Adapt to changing project needs and priorities, contributing to the success of various delivery projects within the portfolio
- Other duties as required
