Recognized by Landscape Ontario with Awards of Excellence for our work, Landscapes By Lucin is seeking a Certified Horticulturalist. Together with our Production Manager and President, the successful candidate will work to ensure quality growth in our rapidly expanding planting division.
You are a detail-oriented expert with the ability to :
- Identify the plant material we supply and install, recommend substitutions, provide soil identification and provide existing plant identification.
- Organize and work alongside planting crews as needed, co-ordinate deliveries, tag plant material, plant placements on-site and inspect quality of work.
- Train staff as needed ensuring proper pruning techniques and best horticultural practices.
- Deal directly with clients on a sales basis.
We're looking for someone with a strong business sense who can set goals, review progress, and consistently keep "all the balls in the air".
