(www.siriuspersonnel.com)  Profile : Our client is the maker of packaging sold to pharmacies and we are looking for a sales rep who will call on pharmacies in their territory. Your role will be to present to our products to pharmacy owners. You ideally, have experience selling to pharmacies, used to working with and updating your CRM daily and come with a strong track record in business development.Territory : South shore of Greater MontrealWorkplace : Work from home with occasional visits to the officeProducts / Services : Packaging products for pharmaciesSalary : Base $70,000Commissions / Bonus : Annual bonus $10,000Car allowance : $ / kmExpense's reimbursement : All reasonable expenses reimbursedOther Benefits :  Insurance-paid 60% by companyRRSPHealth spending account$300 annually for sports / gymVolunteer programCompany recognized for work / life balanceFunctions :  Analyze territory with tools provided to youCreate a territory plan and executeCall on pharmacies via booked appointmentsReach potential clients through cold calls and in-person visits.Conduct presentations to customers and plan training sessionsPropose company productsDevelop and maintain excellent business relationships with pharmacy ownersProactively communicate with customers to ensure adequate post-sale follow-up.Update CRM ,dailyAchieve sales targets and agreed-upon results within deadlinesRepresent the organization at conferences and other events.  Requirements : Development vs Maintenance : 80% vs 20%Road vs Office : 80% vs 20%Languages : English and French-written and spokenEducation : College degree or equivalent experienceTraining : On the job training providedOvernight Travel : Can travel 25% to 30% within their territoryYears of experience : At least 5 years of successful sales experienceOther requirements : Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially ExcelTransferable contacts : Contacts with pharmacies is a huge assetTransferable Knowledge :  Knowledge of a CRMKnowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to maintain a high cadence of customer visits weeklyProfessional in look and speechAbility to analyze sales reports and set objectives accordingly
