Provide regular feedback to the Regional Lead on key field developments, competitive activity, and emerging customer trends.

  • Special Projects & Assignments : Participate in regional and national meetings, conference calls, and special assignments such as audits, sales blitzes, or promotional initiatives as required by the Regional Manager.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork : Work closely with the Brand Momentum & Client team, contributing to both team and individual goals related to sales, distribution, and product visibility.

Key Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and merchandising, ideally in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a similar sales service environment.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Comfortable using web-based software for data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Client's brands, product categories, and market positioning.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and French is an asset, especially for roles based in Quebec.
  • Driving : Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.

  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements :

  • Physical Demands : Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift lightweight materials up to 15 lbs. Frequent travel required within the assigned territory.
  • Work Conditions : Frequent exposure to high-traffic retail environments, fluctuating temperatures, and bright lights. Ability to work efficiently in various store settings and manage multiple tasks.
