Cambridge Hyundai is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Supervisor to join our team. As the Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and supervise sales team and receptionists.
- Assign sales staff to duties and prepare weekly work schedules.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.
- Sell merchandise to customers.
- Ensure that all customers and potential customers of the dealership are handled in a positive manner and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure a well-maintained and organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize stock levels based on sales demand.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the management team to implement best practices and innovative approaches.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
2-3 years’ experience in automotive dealership sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience leading a Sales team in a dealership, including effective coaching, mentoring and team development.Experience using VIN Solutions, CDK and DealerMine.Must have valid OMVIC license.Valid Ontario Drivers’ License, with clear drivers abstract.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.Prior experience with inventory management and sales analytics.Job type : Full-Time, Permanent
