- Answering e-mails and calls from major customers.
- Search for new major customers (prospecting).
- Managing major customer projects (from tender to production) . Managing site problems and complaints from major customers .
- Surveying (estimating) small sewer and electrical projects for major customers.
- Updating the status of major client files in the system for major clients.
- Updating the status of occasional clients in the system.
- Participate in industry events.
- Participate in sales strategies for major client projects.
- Inform major customers about the company's sewer and electrical products, services and installation methods.
- Optimizing quotations.
Skills and qualifications :
