Responsibilities :
Call on customers and warmly introduce our products and / or services
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings, and our competition, to effectively communicate with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Utilize our CRM system for maximum benefit.
Collaborate with management to effectively increase our footprint in Ontario
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
Experience :
Previous experience in retail or sales is required; a knowledge of AG / HeavyTruck is key
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A proactive attitude towards learning new products and improving sales techniques.
