Conducting phone or Zoom interviews.

Engage in continuous online training calls provided weekly.

Lead by example with a positive attitude developing and nurturing your own team.

Managing and being accountable in creating your schedule.

Communicate with your director to keep yourself accountable.

Offer support and mentorship assisting others in achieving their personal and business goals.
