We are looking for a SWAT Personal Insurance Advisor to join our National Corporate SWAT Team at BrokerLink. Working out of one of our Alberta, Ontario or Atlantic branch offices, on a Permanent FT Basis.

Being agile in all aspects of customer service with a high focus on technical abilityService customers across Canada using all available methods of communication to provide customer with a seamless omni-channel experienceHandle incoming Underwriting Carrier requestsParticipate in strategic debrief sessions to highlight operational areas of improvementDeploy your skills and expertise to any area of the business that requires supportContact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policyPrepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes and review renewalsKeep current on underwriting rules and workflow processesBe Licensed across all provinces where BrokerLink operatesActively participate in training initiativesProvide guidance and assistance to the business as requiredThe Successful candidate will have :
