Compensation : $80000.00 to $90000.00 yearly
Our well established Burnaby based client is looking for a Payroll Manager for their busy team. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Payroll Manager will oversee a team of three Payroll Administrators processing payroll for 1300+ staff in a complex unionized environment. Besides leading a centralized team processing payroll for 20+ locations across the province, you will need to be hands on with payroll when necessary, coach and mentor staff, and take ownership of business process improvements and streamlining processes.
Job Requirements :
The ideal Payroll Manager will have 7-10 years of overall hands on Payroll experience, 3 years of which should have been spent in a leadership role. Ideally you have your CPM and at a minimum you have your PCP and you have experience working with ADP WFN. You have good MS Excel skills and you lead by example. This role is 100% in the office.
