About the Role : Our client, a fintech organization, is seeking a visionary Director of Mobile Applications and Payment Devices to lead a critical business unit. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of Android and iOS mobile apps, Tap-to-Pay solutions, smart payment devices, and associated SDKs and marketplace strategies. As a key driver of innovation and growth, you’ll bridge technology and marketing, contributing significantly to our organization’s revenue and future success. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the product vision for mobile applications and payment devices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Team Management : Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Innovation and Delivery : Oversee development and delivery of cutting-edge fintech solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences across payment transactions.Agile Leadership : Drive agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency, speed-to-market, and product quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between technical, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring product-market fit and successful go-to-market strategies.Performance Optimization : Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of product initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Experience : 7+ years in senior product management roles, preferably in fintech or a related industry.Proven expertise in managing mobile applications, payment devices, and large, revenue-generating product portfolios.Experience leading agile teams and delivering products at scale.Technical and Business Acumen : Strong grasp of product positioning, design thinking, and technology fundamentals.Leadership Skills : Exceptional ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional success.Customer-Centric Mindset : Passionate about solving customer challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
