Our client is seeking a dedicated, customer-oriented Parts Counter Representative to join their Thunder Bay Parts Department. If you have experience in parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTS COUNTER PERSON :
- Provide exceptional customer service to both walk-in customers and phone inquiries, ensuring a top-notch experience.
- Assess customer needs, process parts requests, returns, quotes, and payments, and advise on product availability.
- Increase sales by upselling and cross-selling related products.
- Provide Service Technicians with the required parts to facilitate smooth operations in the service department.
- Maintain the retail sales floor, counter, and displays to dealership standards.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ensuring appropriate stock levels.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery or pick-up of parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth department operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
