The Parking Attendant role is crucial to the flow of traffic throughout our busy campus. The Parking attendant duties include the following :
Issue parking passes by providing high level of customer service for visitors staff and patients within the parking department.
- Responsible for proper function of cash register computer and all other equipment related to business operation.
- Accurately collect balance and report sales following departmental procedures on a daily basis.
- Prepares and submit daily deposits as per departmental procedure
- Take steps to resolve customer concerns / problems as required.
- Post transaction reports in the database as per departmental policy
- Works in parking booths when the need arise
- Issue warning or ticket to those in violation of parking restrictions
- Direct traffic and work at the valet service booth when assigned.
