YOUR ROLE:
As a Paralegal, you will provide support in corporate law matters.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinate searches in various registers (RDPRM and other similar registers);
Maintain minute books;
Forward closing documents to the appropriate resources and coordinate their assembly and signing;
Draft reports related to securities and other transactions;
Coordinate documentation related to the incorporation, registration, liquidation, and dissolution of companies;
Assist other teams in the legal department (commercial contracts, leases).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
DCS in Paralegal Technology or other combination of experience and equivalent training;
Experience in a similar role;
Excellent command of French and English (read, spoken, written);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
Thoroughness and attention to detail;
Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
