This project-based, full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a Paralegal to work closely with the CEO across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on a variety of legal projects, from internal document creation to managing external partnerships and client contracts.Responsibilities : Contract Management & NegotiationReview contract request forms and collect information necessary for contractsDraft, review, edit and analyze various types of contracts, including NDAs and the likeProvide guidance and support to colleagues regarding contract-related mattersHandle amendments and / or supplemental agreements of existing contracts as needed to accommodate changes in business requirementsCoordinate with various departments to ensure contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and company policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, finance, pricing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditionsAct as the point of contact for contract-related discussions, and serve as key liaison between corporate counsel and other stakeholdersDocumentation and Record-KeepingRoute contracts for signature, collect and save fully executed contracts in designated shared foldersManage the contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals, and termination processesMaintain accurate and organized contract records in team’s shared folders and filesCreate and maintain a contract database, contract-related information and other referencesLegal Research and ComplianceConduct legal research on laws and regulations for different industriesAssist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsAssist and work with external counsel corporate in other legal matters such as litigation, claims, and Health & Safety and HR & Labor related disputesDevelop and provide contract / legal training to internal teams in a clear and understandable mannerEmployment LawConducting research on employment laws and regulationsAssisting in Employee ContractsAssisting in human resources termination casesRequirements / Qualifications : College degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the Tech industryHigh energy, fast learner, flexible and able to execute in a fast-paced, very diverse environmentAbility to prioritize numerous projects under deadline pressure, and work extended hours as requiredWell-organized and detail oriented with an outstanding work ethic and customer-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreementsStrong administrative, interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communicationExcellent research, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and as a good team playerDiversity is key to building high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive work environment is our priority.
