This role involves creating and maintaining global training resources to ensure a consistent knowledge base and high service standards. The position also involves developing e-training modules, presentation slides, and delivering presentations.A cover letter is required to be considered for this position.This is a remote role associated with our Uniworld Los Angeles office; however, the candidate must be flexible and able to work across various global time zones as required.Why You’ll Love This RoleCreate and update online and in-person training resources for call center and related teams.Design engaging, visually appealing materials tailored to diverse learning styles.Collaborate with departments to keep training modules current.Guide new hires with training schedules, progress reviews, and course completion.Lead interactive workshops (virtual and in-person) to ensure active engagement.Research and implement innovative tools and best practices for training.Assign refresher training as needed and schedule staff training on new products, technology, and policies.Act as a company ambassador for new hires, providing a positive introduction to resources.Assist in developing Litmos learning modules and other training materials.Support Passenger Services with email, calls, chats, and notifications as needed.About YouWe’re looking for a dynamic trainer with the following : Experience : 1+ years in a call center, reservations, or administrative role. Previous experience as a trainer or presenter is a plus.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (including PowerPoint and SharePoint).
