We are a friendly family in Oak Bay, Victoria, seeking a responsible, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for our 12-month-old child. Key Responsibilities : - Provide attentive care for our 12-month-old child in a safe and loving environment- Engage in age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play, sensory activities, and developmental milestones- Simple meal prep (breakfast, lunch, and snacks)- Ensure the child’s well-being, including nap time, diaper changes, and overall care- Encourage outdoor activities and exploration- Light housekeeping related to the child (e.g., cleaning up after meals, tidying up toys)Qualifications : - Experience in infant care (minimum 2 years preferred)- CPR and First Aid certification required- A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude- Ability to create a stimulating and safe environment for an active child- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual- Non-smoker Hours & Compensation : - Part-time : 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)- Ideal hours : 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM (flexible)- Compensation : $29 per hour- Position to begin at the end of January or beginning of February 2025Location : In our home, Oak Bay, Victoria, BCPlease visit CanadianNanny.ca to view full details and to apply.
