Input orders with accuracy into ERP system. Doing basic calculations related to business terms on the orders Track the shipment dates and production processes for each order Other administrative works assigned by the manager. Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Grade 12 education or equivalent, college education preferred. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be proficient in using MS office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Well organized and able to communicate well with customers and internal colleagues Have a good mathematical aptitude. Have a high level of positive work ethics and team spirit Previous order desk experiences in food industry preferred
