Job Description
Our client in the Food industry is seeking an Order Fullfillment candidate to join their team on a 1 year contract! This is a hybrid work model which requires you to work 3 days in the office, located in North York. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in doing order entry, good customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handles the complete order process manual customers : receiving POs, verifying quantities and prices, allocating inventory, confirming delivery dates, coordinating with the warehouse and carriers, managing returns, and mailing invoices if needed.
Investigates supply chain-related customer deductions and provides Finance and Sales with details for reimbursement requests, including necessary documentation.
Ensures order fulfillment and timely delivery by coordinating with carriers, the warehouse, and different departments.
Manages material determination in SAP to support new product launches and discontinuations, and handles EDI interfaces with customers.
Provides backup for sending orders to the warehouse and checking stock availability.
Supports sending load tenders to carriers for domestic shipments.
Assists with the billing process in SAP.
Analyzes orders, returns, and deductions for reporting purposes.
Navigates and updates the vendor portal for related communications.
Updates monthly KPI slides with current and relevant information.
