What you’ll do :
Acting as the liaison between the CEO, Senior Leadership and external stakeholders to coordinate schedule, facilitate communication and to support coordination.
Maintain correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes and follow-ups for Senior Leader meetings.
Anticipating the various complex needs of the CEO and Directors, ensuring strategic and personal support, a blend of operational precision and human connection.
Demonstrating excellent time management, organizational, coordination and tracking skills while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage calendars, travel, appointments, expense claims and prioritize tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, executive correspondence, assist with planning meetings & events, be the main contact for the Annual General Meeting and meeting minutes; compile and analyze data as needed.
Support Board of Directors functions including preparing agenda, compiling materials, expense and renumeration expenses, and recording / distributing minutes while maintaining confidentiality.
Support Marketing & Community Engagement campaigns, social media management and outreach to community partners.
Be familiar with customer questions in regard to credit, equity withdrawal, account balances and payments, etc. Assisting with walk-in and phone call Member concerns.
Have knowledge of general accounting processes such as coding expenses and looking up invoices.
Provide guidance to the Social Committee’s and ensure they are operating in accordance with organizational standards.
- Other office duties as required for the efficient operation of the Association.

Who you are :
You have Grade 12 education.
You have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or experience in other administrative professional positions.
You have knowledge about Co-operative models.
You have the ability to work independently and can manage complex situations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and planning skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior government offices and key stakeholders.
You have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Canva, and the ability to manage files.
You are action oriented, customer focused, and work well with other team members.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, recognizing the value of different perspectives to meet shared objectives.

Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and are able to provide a clear 5-year drivers abstract.
You are able to provide a clear background check (Criminal Record Check and credit check).
You are able to work some evenings to attend Board meetings.
You can regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
