Position Summary :
Dupray is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Marketplace Specialist. Reporting directly to the head of Marketing and E-commerce, y ou will lead the charge in expanding our online marketplace presence, driving sales growth, and elevating our brand visibility on multiple platforms. If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for e-commerce and strategy, we'd love to have you on board.
Responsibilities :
- Marketplace Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace expansion strategy, identifying new platforms and opportunities to increase sales and market reach.
- Platform Onboarding : Execute the onboarding process for new marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and customer appeal.
- Listing Management : Take charge of product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, appealing content, and strong keyword optimization to boost discoverability and conversion rates.
- Monitor and Analyze Reviews : Regularly monitor and analyze customer reviews across our various marketplaces utilizing Bazaarvoice. Gain valuable insights into customer sentiments, preferences, and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Analysis : Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketplace performance, sales data, and customer behavior, using insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Pricing and Promotion : Implement competitive pricing strategies and targeted promotional campaigns to drive sales while maintaining profitability and brand value.
- Inventory and Order Management : Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels, streamline order fulfillment processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Policy Compliance : Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies and guidelines, ensuring strict adherence to rules and regulations to protect the brand's reputation.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable inputs to refine marketplace strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Backoffice, and CSR teams to align marketplace initiatives with overall company goals and foster a collaborative environment.
