Description :

Northern Lights College's Continuing Education Department is looking to hire an experienced tradesperson who will prepare students for the Pipe / Steam fitter Red Seal Exam.

Delivery of each prep course will be approximately 7 - 160 hours per block of teaching. Location may be on campus or within the community at an alternate location.

Qualifications : Required :

• Certification of Qualification with Red Seal Endorsed for specific trade area
• Minimum of 5 years of recent industry experience after completion of Red Seal
• Experience with the MS Office 365 suite software
• Committed to student motivation and success
• Ability to collaborate as an effective team member
• Current, valid driver's license (travel may be required within the region in order to deliver the course)
• Knowledge of rules and regulation of specific trade
• Knowledge of Skilled Trades BC Program Outlines, Assessment standards and Exam processes
