The Opportunity

Columbia Garden Village – Long-Term Care | Invermere, BC

Position Type: Casual, On-Call
Shift Schedule: Day / Evening / Night
Shift Times: 8 hour and 12-hour shift

We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about providing quality, person-centered care and being part of a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
  • Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
  • Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
What You Bring
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
  • Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
