Job descriptionLeverage expertise in financial services and mortgage processes to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to platform migration and support the successful implementation of new systems. Manage pre- and post-launch activities, gathering and acting on customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to achieve business objectives. 5-7 years of relevant experience in the mortgage, lending, or real estate sectors. Specialized knowledge of mortgage and real estate practices, products, and technologies; title insurance knowledge is a plus. Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with a commitment to customer service.
