About the Company :

This role is for one of our internal companies, a leading due diligence and risk assessment firm specializing in online businesses and digital assets. They provide in-depth financial, operational, and technical audits to help investors make informed acquisition decisions. Clients rely on them to verify businesses, uncover risks, and identify growth opportunities before investing.

Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and engage CPA firms, audit specialists, and compliance consultants through LinkedIn, email, and networking.
  • Business Development – Drive discussions on partnerships, explore new markets, and help firms scale with our offshore solutions.
  • Social Media Engagement – Leverage platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and SearchFunder to attract leads and grow our network.
  • Pipeline Management – Track leads, follow up, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Content Creation – Craft compelling posts, insights, and discussions to position us as industry thought leaders.
  • Collaboration – Work with internal teams to onboard new partners and refine our strategy.

Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful

  • Biz Dev & Sales Savvy – You know how to hunt for leads, engage decision-makers, and close deals.
  • M&A & QoE Knowledge – Understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions and Quality of Earnings processes is a plus.
