Are you currently looking for an Office Manager position in the Oakville area? Do you come from a strong Administrative background as well as experience with Accounts Payable, Receivables and experience with Payroll. Then we would love to talk to you! This position requires someone who can wear many hats within a company as you will be the primary point of contact for Accounting related tasks, handle product orders, all while providing exceptional Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks or SAGE and a minimum of 3 years working in Accounting plus Administration.

Responsibilities
Oversee order entry to ensure precise and efficient processing of customer orders.
Generate and dispatch client invoices promptly and accurately.
Manage accounts receivable and payable to maintain financial accuracy.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
Develop and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
Work closely with team members to enhance operational workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Strong bookkeeping skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Fluent in English and French is an asset
