Vos responsabilités en tant que Coordonnateur(trice) de la paie :

Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de paie pour notre équipe en pleine expansion à Montréal, Toronto et aux États-Unis (NYC, LA, etc.).

Vos tâches principales incluront :

  • Traiter les feuilles de temps et autres documents (ex. : formulaires fiscaux W-2)
  • Vérifier l’exactitude des informations de paie et s’assurer que toute la documentation est en ordre
  • Coordonner avec les RH les changements liés à la paie (ex. : nouvelles embauches, départs)
  • Superviser les paiements électroniques et la distribution des chèques de paie
  • Mettre à jour les données en cas d’ajustement des salaires ou des primes
  • Gérer les autres compensations ou déductions financières (ex. : bonus annuels, indemnités de départ, taxes, assurances)
  • Administrer les dépenses liées aux avantages sociaux (ex. : assurances, congés payés)
  • Produire des rapports pour la direction sur demande
  • Répondre aux questions et préoccupations des employés concernant les salaires et paiements
  • Collaborer avec les autorités fiscales (ex. : IRS) pour les audits ou demandes spécifiques

Attitude positive, personnalité dynamique et grande volonté d'apprendre (Priorité n°1 !)

3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le cycle complet de la paie

Maîtrise intermédiaire d’Excel

Expérience avec QuickBooks (un atout)

Expérience en paie canadienne (la paie américaine est un fort atout, mais peut être enseignée)
