Job descriptionDeliver personal care as outlined in the client's care plan. Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, and linen changes. Provide safe and proper support for transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises. Ensure the client's safety by using equipment properly and responsibly. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care activities. Function within the limits of experience, knowledge, and scope of nursing practice to deliver competent care. Must own vehicle and have a valid driver's licence (not required) as client's home is not accessible via transit Negative TB Test completed within the last year CNO Registration and nursing Certificate COVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code Valid Criminal Record Check - must be completed within the last year Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed Compassionate and client-centered approach to care Experience in home health care is an asset Competitive rates of pay ranging from $33.25-$43.25 / hour (depending on nursing designation) PPE provided 24 / 7 Nursing Oversight Educational Training Opportunities Employee Recognition Program Health and Wellness Program

The Care Company is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support an adult home care client. Join our dedicated team and help make a meaningful difference in a client’s daily life.
Location : Schomberg, ON
- just a short 15-minute drive from King City
Schedule : Tues and Thurs | 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Flexible option : 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM)
