Job descriptionProvide nursing care in line with policies, standards, and physicians’ orders Supervise nursing staff and care services Develop and maintain resident care plans and accurate clinical records Administer and manage medications safely and accurately Promote resident independence, safety, and a positive environment Support the Director of Care in training, staff evaluation, and infection control Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and organizational values Participate in health and safety, fire drills, and departmental committees Current RPN certification from the provincial College of Nurses Strong leadership, nursing knowledge, and health care expertise Empathy, patience, and strong physical and mental health Commitment to continued learning and maintaining competency Flexible with other duties as assigned Standing / walking for prolonged periods, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) Exposure to resident care needs and stress-related situations Compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment
