We have an exciting contract opportunity for a skilled Billing Specialist with advanced Excel skills. This is a 6 month contract role with the potential to extend. If you are an experienced Billing professional, with min. 3 years of Billings and Financial Analysis experience, we want to speak with you!
Ideal candidates will have worked with complex Work in Progress Billing for at least 3 years as well as month-end reconciliations and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with NetSuite is an asset

Responsibilities
Prepare invoices and forward to the appropriate contact or department as required
Monitor and review outstanding bills and follow up with the appropriate internal or external teams to ensure payment is made
Communicate with vendors and customers to investigate and resolve issues
Prepare various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables
Work with the finance department to ensure that contract specifications are up-to-date and procedures are followed
Complete any online status reports
Work to reduce delinquent payments for assigned accounts
Qualifications
3+ years of complex WIP Billing experience
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work on site full time
Proficiency with NetSuite is an asset
