Opportunity

We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Montreal-based delivery team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire opportunities in the technology sector. You'll work closely with account managers and delivery leads to ensure timely fulfillment of client requisitions, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels and tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit based on client requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records and activity logs in Bullhorn.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand job orders and prioritize recruitment efforts.
• Generate candidate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to shared recruitment goals.
• Support cross-functional recruitment efforts across national practices when needed.
