Position Summary
Bring your clinical expertise and passion for providing quality and compassionate care to a challenging and rewarding role as a Nurse Practitioner where you can really make a difference to your community. The Williams Lake Primary Care Clinic (WLPCC) will focus on providing team-based Integrated primary care to both attached and unattached patients to city of Williams Lake, with opportunity to provide monthly outreach to the Tŝilhqot’in and Secwépemc Nation communities. The WLPCH provides a hybrid model of primary care which includes in person, in-reach, and comprehensive virtual care appointments supporting patients and families access to high-quality medical care. Work with a dedicated and professional team delivering person-centred, culturally safe and trauma informed care.
The position collaborates with patients / clients / residents and other health professionals to identify and assess trends and patterns that have implications for patients / clients / residents, families and communities; develops and implements population and evidence based strategies to improve health and participates in policy-making activities that influence health services and practices. The position participates in peer review and self review to evaluate the outcome of services at the patient / client / resident, community and population level.
Seeking 3.0 FTE of Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care. The WLPCH will operate 6 days per week, year round, 0800-2000 (variable schedules for extended coverage).

Salary Range :
Salary range for the position is $74.74 / hour - $82.21 / hour. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant.
