Job descriptionCompetitive starting salary : $90,900 - $93,800.00 Comprehensive benefit package including Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Short term Disability, Wellness time, Vacation, Defined Contribution Pension and educational development. Post‑secondary education through Community College Diploma or University Degree with specialization in the Human Services or related field of study. Post‑graduate certification in Leadership / Business Management. 8+ year's progressive leadership experience within the Developmental Services or related sector with a clear understanding of Journey to Belonging and Ministry of Children and Community Social Services (MCCSS) legislative standards. Excellent interpersonal skills and intermediate computer skills. You must have a valid Class "G" driver's license and a reliable vehicle for use at work. A clear Vulnerable Sector Screening is a condition of employment.
