This is a Co-op position working from the Toronto office of Lysander Funds from January - April 2026. This position reports to the Associate Vice President Dealer Services and will be a key member of our Dealer Services team

Responsibilities Include :

• Being the first point on contact for client services inquiries such as account inquiries;
• Working through large volumes of Dealer requests during tax season (i.e. slip duplication fulfillment answering tax-related inquires etc.);
• Monitoring progress managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of Dealer requests;
• Participating in and contributing to project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members and service providers;
