  • Optimize schedules based on existing partnership agreements and assess the value of future alliances or partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations supporting the approval of strategic decisions related to long-term network planning.
  • Support the Optimization team with analysis and decision-making.
  • Help ensure alignment between network development, and the current program.
  • Leverage the expertise of other departments (Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Product, etc.) to support network development.
  • Act as a driver of innovation, particularly in methodologies and modelling.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tools, processes, dashboards, and reports required to monitor objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and conceptualization skills, with a results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to consider the collective interest; strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-confidence, sense of conviction, initiative, and interest in innovation.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and statistical tools.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).
