Dans le rôle, vos principales responsabilités sont:
Notre Consultant.e combine le conseil et les implémentations logicielles pour créer des opérations de distribution de classe mondiale.

En collaboration avec les directeurs, les administrateurs et les chefs de projet, vous participerez activement aux activités suivantes:

  • L'analyse et la documentation des processus métiers.
  • Fournir des conseils techniques, configurer ou mettre en œuvre des solutions dans l'application ERP NetSuite, et assurer la qualité des livrables.
  • Maintenir une communication proactive avec les parties prenantes, gérer leurs attentes et assurer leur satisfaction tout au long du projet.
  • Créer des personnalisations qui améliorent les applications, les interfaces et les rapports.
  • Construire des rapports et des KPIs personnalisés.
  • Participer aux réunions de projet avec les clients.
  • Créer et mettre à jour les manuels de formation utilisés pour l'amélioration des processus.
  • Toutes les autres tâches liées.

In this role, your main responsibilities are:

Our Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.

Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:

    • Analyzing and documenting business processes.
    • Providing technical advice, configuring or implementing solutions in the NetSuite ERP application, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
    • Maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
    • Creating customizations that enhance applications, interfaces and reports.
    • Building custom reports and KPIs.
    • Attending client-facing project meetings.
    • Creating and updating training manuals used for process improvements.
    • All other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en systèmes d'information, en ingénierie, en mathématiques, en commerce, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
    *Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités à l'extérieur de la province de Québec;
  • Compétences supérieures en matière de communication et de présentation, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
  • Souci du détail et de la qualité;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement dynamique avec des délais serrés;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément sous la supervision d'un gestionnaire de projet;
  • Capacité à voyager aux États-Unis et au Canada jusqu'à 50 % du temps.

Les atouts

  • Expérience de l'utilisation et de l'administration d'applications SaaS d'entreprise ;
  • Expérience avec NetSuite;
  • Expérience avec d'autres produits SaaS (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) ou des logiciels orientés logistique (WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Connaissance des stratégies de gestion des stocks;
  • Expérience du développement basé sur le web.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field;
  • Perfectly written and spoken English and French. *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Attention to detail and quality;
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with pressing deadlines;
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager;
  • Ability to travel within the U.S.A. and Canada up to 50% of the time.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience using and administrating enterprise SaaS applications;
  • Experience with NetSuite;
  • Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Knowledge of inventory management strategies;
  • Exposure to web-based development.
