This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is passionate about driving new business growth. You’ll work with a dedicated and innovative team that values collaboration, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within warehousing and logistics to achieve sales targets.
Develop and deliver RFPs, proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
Execute all stages of the sales process — from prospecting and closing to client onboarding and relationship management.
Promote warehouse services, including storage solutions, inventory management, and logistics support.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach with clients at all times.
What You Bring
1–3 years of proven sales experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a true “hunter” personality.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and transportation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as HubSpot or ZoomInfo.
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
