Job description

Position : Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic

Location : 2 hours South of Kelowna, BC

Rate : $45.74 hourly + RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

Shift : Days

Duration : Permanent, Full-Time position

Qualifications :

Red Seal Mechanic Certification with heavy-duty equipment repair expertise.
Over 5 years of industrial mechanic experience, including forklift repair and comprehensive safety knowledge.
Proficiency in air brake systems and a diverse range of mechanical backgrounds, such as diesel, propane, electric, and hydraulic systems. Strong computer skills, including SAP and Excel, complement technical proficiency.

Overview :

Maintain the reliability of all mobile equipment on site, adhering to strict standards.

Execute daily maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance programs.

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maximum operational uptime at minimum costs.

Provide regular reports on equipment repairs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
