About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, GTM Systems & Tools to lead and optimize our Go-to-Market (GTM) technology strategy. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations & Enablement, you will oversee our GTM systems and tools, managing a small team and collaborating with fractional consultants to build a cutting-edge Revenue Operations (RevOps) and GTM tech stack.

This role is pivotal in enabling operational excellence and growth objectives across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and other departments by ensuring seamless system integration, data integrity, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of industry trends, and is passionate about scaling technology for future growth.

What You’ll Do :

Partner and drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure accountability, transparency, timely resolution of roadblock, and alignment across departments.

Create and execute a comprehensive GTM technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Own, administer, and optimize the RevOps technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, Gainsight, and CaptivateIQ.

Collaborate with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance workflows for related GTM tools, including Salesloft, HubSpot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack.

Develop scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and transformation.

Ensure data integrity and trust between systems by aligning within Revenue Operations and across teams.

Support and partner with internal tool power users (e.g., Client Success Ops for Gainsight).

Negotiate favorable terms and ensure tools deliver ROI by managing vendor relationships and collaborating with Procurement.

Lead platform migrations and integrations with a focus on end-to-end system design.

Hire, mentor, and lead an empowered, inclusive, and high-performing team.

What You’ll Bring :

6-10 years of experience in GTM systems or related roles, with at least 3 years in leadership or people management.

Expert knowledge of Salesforce with relevant certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder both required)

Hands-on experience with tools such as Gong, DealHub, and Gainsight (or comparable platforms).

Strong understanding of modern GTM tech stack architecture and integrations and the GTM needs of B2B SaaS organizations.

Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance GTM processes.

Proven ability to design and execute GTM technology roadmaps to drive business growth.

Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Support, and IT teams.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Solid understanding of the GTM needs of B2B SaaS organizations.

Passion for continuous improvement in processes and technology, with a keen eye for emerging trends and AI solutions.

Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
