INTERIM REGISTERED BEHAVIOUR ANALYST

LOCATION :

Mary Street Education Centre, Pembroke, with travel throughout RCDSB

HOURS PER WEEK :

35 hours per week, approximately 10 months per year

SUMMARY :

The Registered Behaviour Analyst will take a lead role, along with other Registered Behaviour Analysts, in coordinating and supporting the efforts of multi-disciplinary school teams in providing consultation, training, and resource development on effective ABA strategies to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and others as required. This position will also develop and oversee the ASD After School Skills Development Programs across RCDSB.

RATE OF PAY :

Annual salary grid range is $77,833 - $96,172 per year (pro-rated to length of assignment)

Qualifications :

In order of preference :

• Registered Behaviour Analyst designation;
• Completion of a relevant university postgraduate program and currently working towards a BCBA designation;
• A combination of education and experience deemed acceptable to the District.

The vacation periods for this position are over Christmas Break, March Break and approximately 8 weeks during the months of July and August.
