Join the dynamic team at Main Ultrasound! We are a growing clinic dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic imaging with a focus on obstetrical ultrasound. As a key member of our ultrasound team, you will play a vital role in performing and interpreting a range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, small parts, gynecological, and obstetric scans. Our fetal ultrasounds are read by Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, providing a unique learning opportunity for Sonographers interested in this specialty.
We are currently seeking an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join us for full-time, part-time, or casual hours. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a new and expanding clinic while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Required Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound training program
- Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- Professional designation of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (DMS)
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in performing abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, and small parts exams; MSK experience is an asset
- Nuchal Translucency certification preferred (must be obtained within a predetermined timeframe if not held at the time of hire)
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency
