Position Summary :
The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fast-growing company. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.
What you will be doing :
- Administrative duties - answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management and handle billing.
- Lab Duties - include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments.
- Patient Care dutie s – Coordinate patient care through the clinic : checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing post-appointment service, monitoring the waiting room.
- General duties – To ensure to keep patient information confidential and secure at all times . Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.
