Client Service : Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions. Assist clients with selecting appropriate treatments, products, and packages. Medical Esthetician Support : Help manage the flow of client appointments to ensure a smooth schedule. Perform light esthetician tasks under supervision when needed (e.g., facial prep, assisting with non-invasive procedures). Certification as a Medical Esthetician or completion of a licensed esthetician program a bonus. Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetic, or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and medical aesthetics. Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality. Experience with patient intake and consultation is a plus.
